English Language Teacher Facilitator - Cambridge Pathway School

Role Overview

Valistus International School invites applications from passionate and experienced English Language Teachers to facilitate engaging, inquiry-led learning for Middle School students within an international curriculum framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English Language and Literature in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Develop students reading, writing, comprehension, communication and critical thinking skills.
• Plan engaging, differentiated lessons that promote inquiry, creativity and independent learning.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, collaborative learning and the wider school community.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in English with a recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed. preferred).
• Prior experience teaching an international curriculum (Cambridge/IB/IGCSE) is essential.
• Strong understanding of international pedagogical practices, curriculum frameworks and assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and student engagement skills.

An educator with a strong command of the English language, a student-centred teaching approach and the ability to create an inclusive, stimulating and intellectually engaging learning environment.
