English Language & Speech Evaluation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills to support an AI language and speech evaluation project. The role involves assessing spoken English, listening carefully to audio, and providing structured feedback on pronunciation, accent, fluency, clarity, and overall communication quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess spoken English for pronunciation, clarity, fluency, accent, tone, and naturalness.
• Listen to audio samples and identify differences in speech quality and delivery.
• Evaluate verbal communication and provide clear, detailed feedback.
• Follow assessment guidelines and maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Complete assigned evaluations within the expected timelines.

Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to speak naturally and confidently in conversations.
• A good understanding of English accents, pronunciation, tone, fluency, and natural speech patterns.
• Ability to participate comfortably in conversations lasting 20-30 minutes.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to share precise, unbiased, and helpful feedback.
• Access to a quiet workspace, a good headset, and a reliable internet connection.
• Candidates with experience in international voice processes, especially US voice operations and voice and accent training, will be preferred.
• Exposure to speech assessment, linguistics, transcription, voice quality checks, language evaluation, or AI-related data annotation will be an advantage.
