The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing students proficiency in English communication, focusing on speaking, writing, listening, and professional language skills required for academic success and employability.
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Teach English language skills to undergraduate and postgraduate students (BBA/MBA).
- Conduct classes on spoken English, business communication, presentation skills, and professional writing.
- Improve students vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Design and deliver interactive sessions, including group discussions, role plays, debates, and mock interviews.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and assessment tools.
- Conduct regular language assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Support students in developing soft skills, confidence, and personality development.
- Use modern teaching tools such as audio-visual aids, language labs, and digital platforms.
- Participate in academic meetings, training programs, and student development activities.
- Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / Communication / Linguistics / Education or a related field.
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Certification in English language teaching (TEFL / TESOL / CELTA) will be an added advantage.
