Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver high-quality online classes for GS (General Studies) & English
- Cover subjects like:
- GS: History, Geography, Polity, Science, Current Affairs
- English: Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension, Writing Skills
- Teach students from Class 6th to 12th level
Content Creation
- Record video lectures for online batches
- Create notes, assignments, mock tests, and PDFs
- Design exam-oriented strategies and shortcuts
Student Performance Management
- Conduct regular tests & assessments
- Analyze student performance and provide feedback
- Mentor students for exam readiness & confidence building
Engagement & Doubt Solving
- Conduct live doubt sessions
- Engage students via interactive teaching methods
- Maintain high retention & satisfaction levels
Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English / Humanities / Science / Relevant Field
- B.Ed. is a plus (not mandatory)
- English Spoken is a plus.
Experience
- 1–5+ years experience in Teaching GS / English
- Defence / School entrance exams (preferred)
- Freshers with strong subject command can also apply
Skills Required
- Strong command over the English language & GS concepts
- Experience in online teaching tools (Google Meet, LMS, etc.)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics for school students
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of digital teaching tools
- Comfortable with camera-based teaching
