Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English EFL Facilitator, located in Bengaluru. The English EFL Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons to non-native speakers. Tasks include creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing feedback, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum. The facilitator will also encourage active participation and support students in developing their English language skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) or English as a Second Language (ESL)
- Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Bachelor&aposs degree in English, Education, or a related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus
- Passion for teaching and working with diverse students
