Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for an English Educator. The English Educator will be responsible for creating effective lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering an environment where students can actively develop their language skills. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to curriculum development and teacher collaboration to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lesson Planning and the development of curricula
• Strong background in Education and Teaching methodologies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Training and mentoring students to achieve educational goals
• Passion for fostering a conducive and inclusive learning environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Relevant teaching certification is highly desirable
• Willingness to adapt to innovative teaching methods and collaborate with a diverse team
