Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing & Copywriting
- Write high-quality, engaging copy for digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Develop persuasive messaging for brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Create long-form content including blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, website content, scripts, and press releases.
- Ensure all content is clear, impactful, and aligned with brand objectives.
Brand Communication & Messaging
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all communication channels.
- Develop content guidelines and messaging frameworks for clients and internal projects.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing goals into effective, audience-focused content.
- Support brand storytelling through strategic and compelling copy.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Write engaging captions, campaign copy, ad creatives, and content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform best practices, and content innovations.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to create integrated content campaigns.
- Optimize content for audience engagement and performance.
Creative Collaboration & Ideation
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and design teams to develop impactful campaigns.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, content calendars, and campaign planning.
- Generate fresh content ideas that align with business goals and market trends.
- Provide guidance and support to junior content writers when required.
Project Management
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Ensure timely delivery of content across campaigns and platforms.
- Organize and maintain content assets and documentation for easy access and future use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, or Brand Communication roles.
- Prior agency experience is mandatory.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital content, social media campaigns, website copy, blogs, and marketing content.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Notion, Microsoft Office, or similar content management tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Strong grasp of storytelling, audience targeting, brand messaging, and content strategy.
- Experience writing for digital, social media, and print formats.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
