Hiring: English Communication Trainer (Part-Time | Remote)
We are looking for an experienced English Communication Trainer to help working technology professionals improve their communication skills, confidence, and interview performance.
Role Overview
The trainer will conduct communication and cultural-fit training sessions for experienced tech professionals, helping them perform better in HR and cultural interview rounds while enhancing their overall professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct English communication training sessions
• Improve candidates spoken English, fluency, and confidence
• Help professionals prepare for HR and cultural-fit interview rounds
• Work on pronunciation, vocabulary, business communication, and presentation skills
• Provide personalized feedback and improvement plans
• Conduct mock interviews and communication assessments
Ideal Candidate
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience as an English Communication Trainer, IELTS Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, or Corporate Communication Coach
• Experience training working professionals is preferred
• Ability to identify communication gaps and create improvement strategies
• Confident in conducting online training sessions
