Description
We are seeking a dedicated part-time tutor to assist students in enhancing their English language skills and general knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a proven ability to help students achieve their academic goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one online small group tutoring sessions in English and general knowledge.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Create engaging lesson plans and educational materials tailored to student needs.
- Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Monitor and document students progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in English or general knowledge subjects.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with the current educational curriculum and examination patterns in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching tools.
