Engineering Trainee – R&D (Thermal & Separation Technology)

Role Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our R&D team. The role involves working on thermal systems, heat & mass transfer, and separation technologies, contributing to design, analysis, and experimental development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in R&D projects related to:
• Heat & Mass transfer systems & Thermal processes
• Separation technologies (filtration, distillation, etc.)
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations
• Support prototype development and testing
• Analyse experimental data and prepare technical reports
• Collaborate with senior engineers on process improvements

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2025/2026 pass-outs)
• Strong academic performance (preferred)

Required Skills:

• Strong fundamentals in:
• Thermodynamics
• Heat & Mass Transfer
• Fluid Mechanics
• Good mathematical and analytical ability
• Basic knowledge of tools like:

CAD tools (optional but good to have)
