- Lead the end-to-end development of Azure applications and integrations – from design to production
- Manage a team of Azure Engineering professionals, providing mentorship and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Own delivery commitments, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards
- Drive predictable release cycles with strong quality governance
- Build deep expertise across Azure services (compute, storage, networking, security, integration)

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements on the Microsoft Azure platform

Knowledge, Experience, Technical and Soft Skills

- 8–12+ years of engineering experience with significant exposure to cloud platforms
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of services within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (compute, storage, networking, identity, security, integration).
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)Strong hands-on expertise in Azure services (App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, VMs, Storage, Networking).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent CI/CD tooling.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).
- Strong API design and integration skills (REST, messaging, event-driven architectures).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID).
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and cloud security controls.
