Engineering Team Lead

About this role:

In this role you will build and scale real-world solutions on Aurigo's flagship product – Masterworks. Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll lead teams and drive impactful engineering outcomes.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable web applications using .NET and React
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver robust solutions
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers
• Drive product enhancements, performance, and reliability
• Work with AWS, databases, and third-party integrations

What we're looking for

• 8–12 years of experience in .NET-based web development
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Microservices & React.js.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server/Postgres & RDBMS
• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience
• Exposure to AWS, Agile, and enterprise product environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
