Engineering Support Analyst is responsible for provision of reports and data metrics on global engineering performance, alongside configuration and change management control within the Windchill product lifecycle management systems and SAP ERP.
This position is part of Pall's Global Aerospace Engineering team and will be located on-site in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Create and maintain product data in Pall's ERP system: input the data and parameters that define material, identify the need for Trade Compliance forms, and support the part number release workflow system globally for Pall Aerospace manufacturing locations.
- Manage engineering change through assignment and approval workflow, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to monitor Engineering performance.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial or Aerospace or equivalent) or Any Graduate with 5-8 yrs experience in an Engineering Office environment.
- Confident in the use of ERP systems (SAP), including the creation of new items, purchasing transactions and administrative functions.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerBI or other tools for data visualization, manipulation and reporting, alongside other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of engineering product lifecycle management systems (PLM), ideally Windchill, and processes for configuration and management within aerospace quality systems (AS9100), or similar from a regulated industry.
- Able to work well with others, team orientated, and goal focused. Organised and able to handle diverse assignments concurrently.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Engineering report writing.
- Audit management and compliance.
