Engineering Subject Matter Expert Civil & Aerospace

We are hiring Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support an AI-focused project involving the development and evaluation of Question–Solution–Answer (QSA) datasets.

We are specifically looking for experts in:

• Civil Engineering
• Aerospace Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Create and review engineering questions based on technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, and documentation.
• Interpret dimensions, annotations, schematics, and technical information.
• Develop accurate, step-by-step technical solutions.
• Review AI-generated questions and answers for technical accuracy.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities.
• Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Civil or Aerospace Engineering
• Master's, PhD, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience in technical review, engineering documentation, research, or AI/data projects is preferred.
