Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:

As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering activities that span from initial problem identification to delivering effective technical solutions. This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates with different teams to ensure that engineering challenges are addressed efficiently, contributing to the achievement of broader business goals through practical application of scientific and socio-economic principles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
• Document and communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of structural and stress analysis principles relevant to aircraft components.
• Experience in configuration management and technical documentation within engineering projects.
• Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic concepts to develop practical engineering solutions.
• Familiarity with qualification and certification processes in the aerospace industry.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
