Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering Business Process Modeling Quality Consultant to evaluate, audit, and refine business process models against defined Client process guidelines, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review existing business process models against established Client guidelines, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
- Apply quality tools and principles (e.g., Root Cause Analysis) to audit process efficiency and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate current process capability levels using process maturity models and identify gaps, redundancies, or risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Deliver detailed review reports, gap analysis documents, and actionable optimization roadmaps.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aerospace & Defense (A&D).
- Problem Solving Techniques.
- Practical knowledge of Core Quality Tools: RCA (Fishbone, 5 Whys).
- Strong analytical mind capable of identifying root-cause inefficiencies in complex technical workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with aerospace quality management system.
- Ability to apply scientific and technical knowledge to practical engineering challenges.
- Effective communication skills to articulate RCA, Error analysis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) engineering.
- Quality management within Aerospace, Automotive, or heavy engineering sectors.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
