Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:

As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive support throughout the entire engineering process to develop effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. The practitioner collaborates with different teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts, applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic understanding, and practical experience to deliver impactful results that drive business success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance engineering outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Design.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and stress evaluation techniques relevant to aerospace engineering.
• Experience in configuration management and technical documentation to maintain engineering standards.
• Ability to apply scientific and technical principles to develop innovative engineering solutions.
• Familiarity with qualification processes and regulatory requirements within the aerospace industry.
• Competence in using engineering software tools for design, simulation, and analysis.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
