Role Overview:
As the Business Manager for Engineering Services Mechanical at Flatworld Solutions, you will lead the strategic and operational aspects of engineering projects, ensuring they align with both client needs and company goals. This role involves direct interaction with clients to tailor solutions, driving both presales and direct sales activities, and collaborating with global teams to ensure project success. Your expertise in CAD tools and project management will be crucial in delivering innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering services projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
• Engage with clients to understand business and technical needs, develop tailored solutions, and maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive presales activities, including requirement analysis, proposal development, and direct client presentations.
• Handle direct sales activities as needed and support sales specialists throughout the entire process—from lead nurturing to delivery management.
• Support and participate in inside sales initiatives to nurture leads and client relationships.
• Collaborate with global, multidisciplinary delivery teams to coordinate project execution, resolve challenges, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with major CAD tools (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, etc.) to support project requirements and solution development.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and industry best practices.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, repeat business, and positive referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in engineering services and CAD software to maintain a competitive edge.
