Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of engineers focused on developing innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering. You will also engage in resource assembly to effectively deliver engineering and construction projects, ensuring that all objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance project outcomes. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to engineering. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
