Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The day includes overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, managing costs, and assembling the necessary resources to successfully deliver engineering or construction projects. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is essential to maintain alignment and drive project success.

• Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wiring Harnesses.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles related to wiring harness design and implementation.
• Experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, practical solutions.
• Familiarity with engineering project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Wiring Harnesses.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
