Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:

As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating collaboration among various engineering disciplines, including manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering. You will play a pivotal role in resource assembly and project delivery, ensuring that all engineering solutions are executed efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying the user requirements
• Reviewing gaps and proposing a solution for user story in implementation
• Develop the Netvibes code
• Mentor other team members
• Client communictaion
• Code review , Unit testing

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform NETVIBES.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles across various disciplines.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to engineering practices.
• Proficiency in Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Netvibes.

• 8+ years of experience in 3DExperience Enovia Netvibes
• 3. Good Project Management experience & Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers.
