Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing resources effectively to deliver engineering solutions that meet both cost and performance criteria. You will engage with various engineering disciplines, fostering collaboration and driving the team towards successful project completion while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The DITA Expert leads structured content strategy and implementation, enabling scalable, reusable, and multilingual technical documentation for semiconductor and high-tech clients.

Key Responsibilities

Define and govern DITA-based information architecture, content models, and reuse strategy.

Lead unstructured-to-structured content transformations and large-scale migrations.

Establish authoring standards, taxonomy, metadata, and governance frameworks.

Enable CCMS adoption and integration with enterprise toolchains.

Mentor authors and delivery teams on DITA best practices.

Drive operational efficiency, quality, and scalability through structured authoring.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Semiconductor Equipment Provider.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment Provider.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
