Engineering Services Lead- 5G Wireless

Roles & Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Execution

• Lead testing and validation of 5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN components in private 5G networks.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Validate network functions including AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, NSSF, MME, SGW, PGW, PCF, PCRF, CSCF, SBC, MGCF, DNS, CGNAT, ePDG, CUPS architecture, etc.

Network Testing & Analysis

• Conduct end-to-end testing for 4G, 5G, RAN, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IMS Core services.
• Analyze test results and identify defects or performance issues.
• Work closely with network engineers and OEM vendors to resolve technical issues.

Integration & System Validation

• Ensure seamless integration with BSS systems, provisioning platforms, and northbound interfaces.
• Validate interoperability across telecom network components and services.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of testing engineers.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing outcomes within cost and schedule constraints.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Documentation & Reporting

• Document test procedures, results, and issues encountered during testing cycles.
• Provide technical reports and updates to stakeholders and management.

Standards & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with industry telecom standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with advancements in 5G, IMS, and RAN technologies.
