- Working Hours 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift/EST)
- Cab & Meals Cab facility & one-time meal facility will be provided
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working on direct Engineering client requirements on a day to day basis.
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.
- Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
- Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model.
- All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment
Candidate's Profile
- Minimum 6 months - 2 years of Experience in US Staffing.
- Good understanding of Engineering terminology and US staffing industry.
- Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
- Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
- Should be having hands on experience on working with direct clients.
