Job Title: Recruiter Consultant
Location: Ahmedabad - onsite
Experience: 2-5 Years
Shift hours: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.
Job Requirement:
- Create and implement a recruitment strategy.
- Source, attract, and screening candidates based on a well-detailed strategy.
- Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods.
- Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Full Life cycle recruiting of engineering positions into Construction and HVAC sectors.
- Should have experience working on ATS and VMS
Skillset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end US engineering Recruitment.
- Working as a 360 Consultant, you will need to build relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
- Strong experience working with LinkedIn recruiter.
- Additionally, Candidate should have outgoing personality and excellent Interpersonal and extrovert personality.
- Should have strong candidate relationship skills demonstrated through effective communication.
- Should have strong negotiation skills.
