Engineering Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering roles, specifically in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Construction Engineering. Experience recruiting for advanced engineering positions such as Power Electronics, Embedded/Firmware Engineering, and Power Control Engineering is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering roles across various disciplines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes primarily for full-time positions (90% focus).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech or B.E) is mandatory.
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience with engineering backgrounds.
• Familiarity with roles in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Construction, or Advanced Engineering fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
