Job Description

Only candidates with experience in US recruitment within the engineering domain should apply.

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled US Recruitment Executives with 2-5 years of experience specializing in engineering recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for US-based roles and a strong understanding of engineering domains.

Experience in the medical devices industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based engineering roles.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Work closely with seniors to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay updated on US hiring trends, visa types, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in US recruitment, specifically for engineering roles.
  • Good understanding of engineering domains (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, and LinkedIn sourcing).
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for the medical devices industry.
  • Experience with LinkedIn RPS sourcing.

Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum + performance incentives.

Relocation Assistance: Up to ₹20,000 reimbursed for candidates relocating to Pune.
