Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an Engineering Recruiter, located in KPHB Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Responsibilities will include identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent through full-life cycle recruiting to meet client needs. Daily tasks will consist of managing job postings, screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless candidate experience. The Engineering Recruiter will utilize robust technical recruiting strategies to seek high-performing individuals for engineering and technical roles.

Night Shift: 7:30PM to 04:30PM IST

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-Life Cycle US Non IT Recruiting and Recruiting processes.
• Understanding on US tax terms, W2, C2C, C2H, 1099.
• Understanding on Visa terms, OPT, CPT,H1B, H4EAD, USC and GC's.
• Strong expertise in Sourcing Hiring and Interviewing practices.
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting for engineering and technical roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Top Talent available in the US Job Market.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience recruiting within industries such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical's, Automotive or aerospace is a plus
• Understanding and past experience working on roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Reliability engineer, Process engineers, Validation Engineers etc..
