- Manages the development and implementation process of a company s products and services
- Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending
- Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints
- Lead, support and mentor a team of highly skilled and motivated project managers
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
- Bachelors degree or higher in the field of Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years direct experience in an engineering environment
- Proven experience directly managing/mentoring employees
- Experience in successfully working with cross-functional project teams and organizations
- A recognized certification in Project Management is highly desirable
