Engineering PMO Senior Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 710 PMs delivering Sustaining and NPI programs
• Manage stakeholder expectations across business, product, and development functions
• Resolve resource conflicts and ensure portfolio-level visibility and alignment
• Drive lean project management methodology in hardware engineering

Key Deliverables:

• On-time delivery of Bangalore-based Sustaining and NPI programs
• Visual and daily project management using Fortive Business System tools
• Accurate and updated capacity planning and project metrics
• Process improvements to reduce cycle time and enhance product quality
