Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Work study (Time+Method) and line balancing for Assy/Machine/Paint shops by applying MOST.
Workplace Basic Waste Reduction classification - Muda, Mura, Muri and address them through structured kaizen activities.
MIS data Preparation and freeze the next level target.
Line Balancing & Implementation for Productivity improvement
Station Wise Manpower Planning & Utilization Calculation at different level of production
Lean manufacturing, Lead Suggestion Scheme, Automation and Horizontal deployment across the plant.
Plant Manpower requirement calculation (On Roll & Service Provider)
Experience Required
Minimum 5 - 8 Years
Must Software Skills: Auto-Cad, MS Excel & MS Presentation, MDAT
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering / Technology in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Automobile Engineering
