Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and a strong focus on GenAI agents for assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the highest quality of our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of automation frameworks and a passion for leveraging GenAI technologies to enhance testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize GenAI agents for assurance to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices in automation.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in QA automation with a strong focus on GenAI agents for assurance.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
• Experience in performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in QA automation.
