Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, team management, and automation frameworks. This role requires expertise in Core Java, Selenium, API testing (REST), Mobile testing with Appium, SQL, and Test Data Management (TDM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA automation team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using Core Java and Selenium.
• Oversee API testing and ensure robust testing of RESTful services.
• Manage mobile application testing using Appium.
• Utilize SQL for database testing and validation.
• Implement Test Data Management strategies to support testing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices for QA and automation.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
