Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a development team responsible for cloud applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS offerings.
• Manage an Agile software development team following SCRUM processes.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to understand requirements, drive design, and influence technology choices.
• Architect and build robust, scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-optimized systems using Microservices architecture.
• Drive software quality through early defect detection and removal.
• Coach the team in handling large-scale IoT platforms and cloud-based applications.
• Ensure team engagement and foster a culture of psychological safety and open-mindedness.
• Work with geographically distributed teams to maintain high collaboration and quality standards.
• Develop detailed technical analysis and design specifications based on epics and user stories.
• Set coding standards, software processes, and documentation guidelines.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews and debug complex engineering problems.
• Take accountability for the overall health of software products and predictability of deliverables.
