Job Description
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers and developers.
Oversee the planning, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
Manage engineering projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance of applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Drive engineering best practices, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve technical challenges and project bottlenecks.
Participate in system architecture and technical design decisions.
Conduct performance reviews and support team development and hiring.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing engineering culture.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of software development experience, including 2–4 years in engineering leadership or management.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
Experience with software architecture, system design, and microservices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with databases, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
