**ENGINEERING MANAGER – SMT & PBA ASSEMBLY**

**Position:** Engineering Manager

**Location:** Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, India

**Experience:** Above 10 Years

**Salary:** 9–12 LPA

**Industry:** Automotive Electronics Manufacturing

**Qualification:** BE/B.Tech/Diploma – Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Production Engineering

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead **SMT & PBA Assembly** engineering, technical operations, troubleshooting and process optimization.

* Troubleshoot **SMT/PBA equipment** – Solder Paste Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, AOI, Wave Soldering, ICT/FCT.

* Manage **jigs, fixtures, pallets, carriers and tooling** – repair, alignment, maintenance and quick changeover.

* Lead **model changeover & line setup** – feeder setup, stencil change, nozzle calibration and program loading.

* Drive **OEE, FPY, yield improvement** and reduce downtime/setup time.

* Perform **RCA, 8D, 5-Why** and corrective actions for solder bridging, tombstoning and misalignment defects.

* Implement **TPM, preventive & breakdown maintenance** to maximize line uptime.

* Lead and mentor **Line Engineers & Maintenance Technicians**.

* Ensure compliance with **IPC-A-610, ESD, SPC and IATF 16949**.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* 10+ years hands-on experience in **SMT & PBA Manufacturing Engineering / Equipment Maintenance**.

* **Automotive Electronics Manufacturing experience – Mandatory.**

* **ICCU (Integrated Charging Control Unit) assembly experience – Preferred / Priority.**

* Strong hands-on **electromechanical troubleshooting, fixtures, tooling, pneumatic jigs and test equipment**.

* Knowledge of **IPC-A-610, ESD, SPC, IATF 16949 & TPM**.

* Strong technical leadership and emergency troubleshooting skills.
