About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our technology team. You would lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.

What You will do

• Lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
• Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap
• Champion best design, development and code quality practices in the engineering team
• Hire a quality team to deliver a world-class product.
• Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
• Build, coach and mentor a high performing team.

What You will need

• 6+ years of experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing & building high performance teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
