What You'll Do:

Lead delivery of critical product and platform initiatives in an agile, cross-functional setup.

Champion architectural and engineering best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Manage and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.

Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and release cycles with clear visibility of scope and priorities.

Collaborate across Product, QA, and UX to align technical execution with business goals.

Introduce process improvements and automation to increase delivery velocity and code quality.

Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship on architecture, design, and coding standards.

What we are looking for:

Required:

Expertise and hands-on software development experience

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, architectural principles and cloud-native practices

Hands-on with Go, PHP, JavaScript (Node.js/React)

Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, or other RDBMS/NoSQL systems

Exposure to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability tools

Experience working in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Desirable :

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized Product Engineering teams

Proven ability to deliver scalable backend systems or distributed applications.
