Engineering Manager - SAAS

Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our SAAS development team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with leadership experience, driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in developing and maintaining SAAS applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment are followed.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a SAAS environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Nodejs, React,
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
