Manage the early phases of engineering, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and scope development.
Collaborate in a global, multi-discipline environment, coordinating with teams across Europe, the USA, and other regions.
Liaise with clients, process licensors, OEMs, and certification agencies to understand needs and deliver innovative solutions.
Oversee scope alignment with budget, and raise additional work requirements if needed.
Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Ramboll HSEQ policies.
Apply lessons learned, AI, and innovation to improve methods and optimize client value.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for clients and senior management.
