Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager based in Hyderabad. The Engineering Manager will lead engineering teams, oversee project management processes, and drive integration strategies to ensure project success. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing deadlines, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The role will also focus on fostering collaboration, growth, and productivity within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Naval Architecture
• Minimum 6+ years of Experience in an Engineering Manager role
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in engineering coordination and documents management
• Proven experience in client interaction and managing approval cycles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of engineering workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
• Experience in clean-tech, renewable energy, or solar energy projects is a plus
