Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager based in Bengaluru. The Engineering Manager will oversee and manage engineering projects, lead technical teams, and ensure efficient project execution. Responsibilities include managing team performance, streamlining project workflows, fostering innovation, and coordinating integration efforts to meet organizational objectives. The role demands collaboration across multiple teams and functions to deliver high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Multiple positions available
• Minimum 10 years experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to effectively lead and mentor teams while optimizing workflows
• To be a Domain expert in any of the fields like, Product design of Crushers, Screens, Heavy and contruction Equipment, Bulk Material Handling Equipment , Industrial Minerals Process plants, Metal recycling (Ferrous & Non Ferrous),
• Product expertise in

Bulk material handling like wagon tipplers,SAC, stackers reclaimers, feeder breakers, mining machines, Crushers, shredders, Mills, Grinders,wet or dry process

Fair process knowledge in designing the equipment process and plant layouts for handling coal, iron ore, other ores.

• Experience in Software Development and Integration to manage and implement technical solutions for engineering projects
• Strong Project Management skills to organize, plan, and execute tasks within deadlines and budgets
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering(Mechanical or Electrical)
• Prior experience in the crushing, infrastructure or heavy equipment industry is advantageous
