Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Delhi, India, is for an Engineering Manager specializing in Offshore Structures. The Engineering Manager will lead and oversee the design, analysis, and project execution for offshore and subsea engineering projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing engineering teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet technical and regulatory standards, and integrating advanced software and tools into project workflows. The role requires ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Engineering Management and Project Management for overseeing and delivering complex projects within defined timelines and standards.
• Strong Team Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary engineering teams and foster collaboration.
• Experience engineering software, such as SACS, ANSYS, STAAD-PRO, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of structural analysis and offshore structures design is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Offshore Engineering, or a related field.
