Engineering Manager – Steel Structural Engineering | Pune (Hybrid)

What You'll Be Doing

People Leadership (70%)

Lead, coach, and develop a team of structural engineers.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent.
Partner with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Champion engineering best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
Create an engaging environment where engineers can grow and excel.

Technical & Design Leadership (30%)

Provide technical direction and oversight for structural engineering projects.
Review and validate engineering calculations, designs, and technical documentation.
Lead the design and analysis of:
Steel Structures
Pipe Racks
MEP Support Structures
Structural Steel Frameworks
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
Support complex engineering decision-making and problem resolution.
Drive engineering quality and innovation across project deliverables.

What We're Looking For

Master's Degree in Structural Engineering

10–12 years of Structural Engineering experience
