Engineering Manager .NET

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – .NET to lead enterprise application engineering, delivery, and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET, Microsoft SQL technologies, AWS Cloud, and proven experience in engineering leadership and SDLC governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams delivering C#/.NET enterprise applications.
• Drive application architecture, development standards, code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership across .NET, C#, SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS environments.
• Own application delivery, project execution, and SDLC governance.
• Establish engineering best practices, review processes, and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, mentoring, hiring, capability development, and resource planning.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive cloud adoption, modernization, and deployment of applications on AWS.
• Identify technical risks and ensure timely resolution of delivery and production issues.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in C# / .NET and Enterprise Application Engineering.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Proven Engineering Leadership and People Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Application Delivery and SDLC Governance.
• Experience with AWS Application and Cloud Technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, APIs, databases, and enterprise application development.
• Experience managing Agile engineering teams and multiple concurrent deliverables.
