Job Description
Key Deliverables
- Lead engineering projects and oversee timely execution across multiple teams
- Research and develop new products and designs ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage team performance, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with other managers
- Ensure code quality through reviews, design discussions, and adherence to best practices
Role Responsibilities
- Provide clear instructions and mentorship to engineering teams
- Drive product development lifecycle across multiple SDLCs with Agile/DevOps practices
- Analyze complex problems and implement strategic IT solutions
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently while keeping teams aligned
