We're Hiring | Engineering Manager – Mobile & Full Stack

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 12–15+ Years

We are looking for an Engineering Leader with experience in Mobile Engineering (iOS/Android) and strong hands-on exposure to modern full-stack technologies to lead high-performing engineering teams and deliver secure, scalable, business-critical applications.

Product & Stakeholder Collaboration

Mobile Engineering

Backend & Frontend

• Java / Spring Boot
• Angular / TypeScript
• REST APIs and API management platforms such as Apigee

Cloud & DevOps

• AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda/Lambda@Edge, EFS, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, etc.
• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD: Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions

Databases

• Oracle
• PostgreSQL

Monitoring & Security

• New Relic, Splunk, or similar observability platforms
• Application security tools such as Qualys, Contrast, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud, or equivalent

What We're Looking For

✅ BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification

✅ 12–15+ years of overall software engineering experience

✅ Proven Engineering Management / People Management experience

✅ Strong experience managing engineering performance, development, hiring, and career growth

✅ Strong hands-on technical foundation with modern application development

✅ Experience leading Mobile/iOS/Android engineering teams

✅ Experience working in product-based organizations or GCC environments

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Ability to balance technical leadership, people leadership, and business priorities
