1. Engineering Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a regional engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Manage resource allocation, hiring, performance reviews, and career development for frontend and backend engineers.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align regional engineering goals with the company's strategic vision.
2. Product Development & Architecture
- Oversee the design and development of solutions spanning video surveillance, cybersecurity, data fusion, IoT, and AI/ML.
- Guide technical decision-making for high-concurrency and high-availability systems.
- Ensure robust integration of Big Data pipelines using Apache Kafka, ELK Stack, and other middleware.
- Ensure frontend consistency and performance using React JS and Material UI (MUI).
- Drive architectural best practices for backend services using Java and Python.
- Champion Security-by-Design principles across all products.
3. Project Execution & Delivery
- Own the product roadmap and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Implement and optimize Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve team velocity.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and technical blockers.
