Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Chapter Lead / Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering squads and drive Engineering Excellence, technical architecture, engineering productivity, operational maturity, and high-quality software delivery. The role requires a strong combination of people leadership, technical depth, and measurable engineering outcomes

Qualifications

Min 13 Years of expereince in Technical and Leadership

• Strong Engineering Management / Technical Leadership experience
• Experience managing multiple squads / 20+ engineers
• Strong DORA Metrics & Engineering KPI ownership
• Engineering Excellence, CI/CD, DevOps & Observability
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and REST APIs
• Good knowledge of OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms and Design Patterns
• Strong experience in High-Level Design (HLD), System Design and scalable architecture
• Engineering Excellence covering code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps and observability
• Proven Agile/Scrum Lead Time & Cycle Time improvement scenarios
• Strong RCA and evidence-based technical problem solving
• Engineering productivity and Developer Experience (DevEx) improvement
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across Product, Architecture and Engineering
