Job Description

  1. Hands on Technologist (experience in Java+ microservices)
  2. 15-17 years experience
  3. Should be able to clear codility.
  4. Currently Playing a similar role.
  5. AWS Soln Arch or any other certification is a plus.
  6. Good in communication and stakeholder management
  7. Have managed at least 2 squads at the same time
  8. Lead solution design, architecture, and technical strategy.
  9. Manage and mentor two agile teams/pods.
  10. Oversee effort estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.
  11. Handle stakeholder communication, escalation, and risk management.
  12. Ensure code quality, technical excellence, and delivery timelines.

Architecture - Architectural Patterns - Microservices
Programming Language - Java - Java 17 or latest
Beh - Communication
Programming Language - Java - Spring Framework
Soft Skills / Leadership skills - Soft Skills / Leadership skills - Stakeholder Management
Programming Language - Java - Core Java (java 8+)
Programming Language - Python - Python Scripting
Architect - Solution Design and Delivery
